Building Management System (BMS) are fully smart, fully automated to operate the building, without any need of on-premises BMS operators. However, the old habit continues and it is a common practise to employ a BMS operator, which is a waste of resources and added costs.A well engineered and automated BMS will manage the property without any manual interruption, including generating work orders automatically, integrated with CAFM systems, alert the respective vendors for PPM and maintenance calls, inform equipment maintenances, refill requirements and even provide daily, weekly report on the performance of the property.
