NG CONTROL ROOM
Operational cost is minimised by remote operation and maintenance of infrastructure and facility. NG is providing cost effective Tele-Control from our control room at Building No. 10 Dubai Internet City. The Covid burden has made it necessary to reduce on-site BMS operators and resources for Social distancing as well as reducing the FM costs. Our control room is providing a new experience to our customers by remotely connecting their facility which enables our customers and stake holders to remotely get the operational aspects, advance alerts, break down alerts, energy usage and reductions, empowering the property users with smart dash boards, where by the users can visualise the usage patters, alerts to operate more efficiently. The services chart shows various intelligent shared services from our control room. Our FM customers are using our control room for managing their existing contracts more efficiently with reduced man power at the premises. We have multiple technology such as TOSIBOX from Finland using highly secured VPN connectivity and WATTSENSE from France with multiple building and infrastructure digital protocols all packed in one box with remote connectivity.Control Room reduces the cost of FM and Operations, reduces fixed man power on the premise, help the facility owners and users to manage his property or residence more efficiently, provide on-line payment portal for bill payment and services, making it a truly Win-Win for all.
