Barwa Commercial Avenue and Barwa Residential are an 8.6 km long development of commercial spaces consisting showrooms, office outlets and residences. Right from the start, Landis+Gyr
participated in planning and execution of the building project which has been one of the largest civil
engineering projects in Qatar so far. The goal was to implement a comprehensive smart metering
solution for automated reading and billing of cooling meters.
